You can call me Al …

Leave your preconceptions about therapy and therapists at the next full stop.

Good, now we have a clean slate.

I am human first, therapist second and I may even share some of your struggles. Sure, I’ve got the certificates to back it up, and if you're curious you can see those HERE , however what really matters is our therapeutic relationship.

My approach is tailored to YOU with a very honest, authentic style and the fluffy ‘therapy speak’ is kept to a minimum. Sure, I can be empathic and sit with you in your time of need, but I want it to feel genuine for you.

As I mentioned, I’m human first. I love sport and keeping myself active. I love art, music and being in sunny destinations. I also have a family who I annoy!

So now you know: I am Alexis - but you can, of course, Call Me Al.

A tan and white dog with piercing blue eyes, sitting on a stone patio next to some small purple flowers and greenery.

And you can just call me Missy!

I’m Call Me Al Counselling’s Head of Barking.

I don’t adhere to one particular “Brand” of dog, I’m skilled in many elements of sniffing, chewing and a specialism in neediness.

I am a registered VIP club member of Pets at Home.
