See things from a different perspective …

Helping individuals and couples break free from annoying cycles and build real, lasting connection.

You might feel stuck, misunderstood, or just plain fed up of repeating the same old patterns. Whether you’re on your own or in a relationship that’s lost its spark (or its sanity), I help you see things from a different angle, one that cuts through the noise, the guilt, and the “shoulds.”

I’m Alexis Hills, a Relationship and Individual Therapist based in West Berkshire. My approach is honest, authentic, and no-fluff. I won’t just nod and ask how that makes you feel. Together, we’ll do the work that helps you untangle what’s really going on so you can move forward with confidence, clarity, and self-respect.

This isn’t about fixing what’s “wrong” with you. It’s about reminding you who you are beneath all the crap life’s piled on top.

My Approach to your sessions…

Seeking the right therapist can be daunting and overwhelming.

My aim is to take the pain away with a sincere and human approach, without the fluff and confusing “therapy speak”.

The fact you’re on this site considering help already means you’ve taken the bravest of steps to seek support.

Why not take that one step further and see how I can support you by either sending an enquiry or book a free 15 minute introduction call.
